Excelente, só falta secador de cabelo nos quartos
O hotel é excelente. Ficamos na parte nova, no prédio principal. Os quartos nos chalés estão muito antigos e ruins, mas os do prédio principal estão excelentes. Café da manhã gostoso. Único ponto negativo é que não tem secador de cabelo nos quartos e tem apenas 3 na recepção para empréstimo, com mais de 70 quartos, ou seja, nunca estava disponivel

Não foi péssimo nem maravilhoso no meio termo razoável. Alguns ajustes deve ser feito com relação a limpeza e organização, muita coisa deve ser por causa da manutenção que estão realizando, se voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel, talvez depois dessa obra que estão realizando.

Reservei com area de laser e simplesmente nao tinh
Quando chegamos na pousada, a area de laser estava toda em reforma e indisponivel para uso, completamente diferente das fotos que estão no App. Ficamos decepcionados, pois em nenhum momento fomos avisados desta condição, caso soubesse haveria escolhido outro local, pois a area de laser foi um critério para escolha da pousada. Tambem achamos o quarto com cheiro de môfo. A área do café da manhã ficava todos os dias com o chão muito sujo.

Pode melhorar com certeza.
Uma experiência, não tão agradável devido ao hotel estar passando por reformas, nosso quarto estava com odor de mofo e bastante úmido, teias de aranhas, só melhorou depois de uma faxina feita pela minha esposa e minha filha. Solicitamos limpeza mas feita de forma parcial não resolveram. Creio que no período de alta temporada seja melhor. Já com relação ao café da manhã, top top top.

Sofrível
Sem lençol de cima na cama. Internet não funciona. Café da manhã com copos de plástico, xícaras sem pires. O café da manhã termina às 9h30, mas às 9h não repõem mais nada. Sucos aguados, incluindo o de laranja. Cardápio deve ter uns 10 anos de uso, com plásticos caindo e fedidos. O único contato com a recepção é via whatsapp e eles não respondem. Fui duas vezes na recepção pedir lençois e pedir que verificassem a internet, nunca foram. O hotel é muito legal, local ótimo, mas o serviço é um dos piores que eu já vi. Não recomendo de jeoto nenhum. Muita genfe reclamando o tempontodo. É ir pra passar nervoso.

Hotel bem localizado, com preço que me surpreendeu devido á localização, tipo de quarto (sacada com vista para o mar), perto do centro e do Beto Carrero. Atendimento de excelente qualidade, todos muito receptivos, atenciosos e simpáticos. O café da manhã é perfeito, reposição a todo momento e com uma vista para uma enseada que complementa o charme do local. Recomendo e certamente voltaremos no proximo ano.

O quarto 7 é horrível,cheio de formiga, escuro , abafado e com cheiro de mofo. O chuveiro a água fica dispersa. A janela deixa o quarto exposto e tira a privacidade o buraco que tem na madeira do teto deixo o barulho da área dos brinquedos passar para o quarto. O ar condicionado não esquenta. Me senti dormindo no sótão, bem decepcionada. Muita diferente do quarto 41 que é maravilhoso. O pior é que os dois tem o mesmo preço da diária.
