It would have been an excellent property when new, but is now run down and badly needs maintenance or a refurbishment. The apartments are individually furnished, so it's luck of the draw what you'll get. Our first apartment had only a single couch for 4 persons, a broken dishwasher (for a while by the look of the sign), and had a construction site less than 10m from the balcony with grinders and drills starting at 06:30am. We were gratefully moved to the other side which was much quieter. The quality of appliances was much better, but had a cracked/peeling benchtop, non-functional water filter, uncomfortable metal barstools (there is no dining table or chairs), water-damaged cabinetry in the bathrooms, and a wildly-fluctuating hot water system with minimal water pressure. All up, not a great experience. It was cheap enough to overlook the flaws as I booked a year in advance, but almost double when I checked closer. Won't be in a rush to go back.
