Decent but not amazing, good for families
Decent hotel but not as nice as other reviews make out. Location was excellent. Pool area lacks charm, breakfast is mediocre, rooms are fine but also lack charm. Bed was extremely hard and gave us both sore backs. Thankfully they had yoga classes so we could stretch out! Most guests were families and I’d recommend it to other families but not necessarily for non families.

Don't have anything bad to say, room was nice and comfy, Internet was excellent for Buzios standards, Rua das Pedras is at walking distance, it has a market just on the side, and finally, it doesn't have a lot of food options, but the ones that it had were delicious enough to be satisfied.

Great hotel. Easy location from the beach and main buzz of Buzious. The service at the hotel was fantastic and friendly and the facilities brilliant. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Afternoon Coffee Break is brilliant
The hotel staff make you feel at home from the very beginning. The breakfast is excellent and the afternoon coffee break is also very welcome. The hotel cleanliness and staff attention are excellent. There is a free bus service to different beaches in a daily rotation. The hotel is only a short walk from the centre of Buzios. I'd have rated it as 5 stars but the quality of the room towels was not high although there were also beach towels included. The WIFI needs to be upgraded. It is only available in public areas and mosquitoes make that experience less than ideal

Good hotel, but lacking reliable Wifi
Staff very nice, very clean rooms, good location. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again because the Wifi doesn't work in the room. Also, only 2 outlets in the room which only work when you are in the room. Makes keeping phones, iPads, etc., really challenging. I go to Buzios twice a year with my wife. This was our first visit to Aguas Claras.

Amei a Pousada, pessoal muito delicado, café da manhã bem servido, e tudo de excelente qualidade, musica ambiente em todas as dependências, restaurante com opções saborosas, sauna não funcionando por enqto pela restrição que respeitam,bem proximo à Rua das Pedras,qdo sempre fui a pé.Melhor não usar carro, a cidade fica complicada para usa-lo. Adoro ver filmes,sempre excelentes,mas o Cinema,por causa da Pandemia não estava aberto.Vim por causa do CIRCUITO DAS ARTES,que alimentou minha alma!!! Cheguei contente, voltei FELIZ!!!! Obrigada à toda equipe!!

Sensacional
A estadia foi maravilhosa, vou elencar os pontos de importância: - Localização excelente da pra ir a pé para rua das pedras( 3 minutos mais ou menos), praia azeda( 12 minutos), fica próximo e carro da praia brava( 5 minutos) e praia da ferradura e geriba tbm uns( 10 minutos de carro). - Pousada com estacionamento no local. - Quartos são muito confortáveis, banheiro grande, cama grande e ainda tem uma caixa de som que fica tocando música o dia todo( caso não queira só desligar o som). - Café da manhã maravilhoso, diversas opções de bolo, pães, frutas, fazem misto na hora, variados tipos de suco e o café não se repetiu nos dias que fiquei, sempre teve algo novo. - Recepção muito cordial, atenciosos e deram todas as informações possíveis. A Pousada é excelente, vamos retornar com certeza em búzios e certeza de que vamos nos hospedar novamente na pousada Águas Claras.
