Perfect location, great rooftop bar
The hotel is in a perfect location at the south of Copacabana near Ipanema. You're literally across the road from the beach and minutes walk from restaurants etc. Whilst the hotel is not outstanding, it is practical, functional and clean. The rooftop bar has incredible views and we really enjoyed having drinks there. The staff were helpful and polite.

Orla Hotel boasts a fantastic location, with easy, walkable access to both Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. The staff were warm, friendly, and even accommodated a late 2pm checkout. However, the lack of soundproofing, as evidenced by hearing neighbors' flushing water, needs improvement. Despite this drawback, Orla Hotel remains a convenient and enjoyable option for a beach vacation in Rio.
