This hotel was well worth the price and time. The staff was highly professional, and when I needed some adjustments to my arrival time they were more than accommodating. They respond quickly to emails. They picked the perfect room for a quiet stay. For sure will be a repeat customer. Also, the location is ideal for quick access to local historical sites and good restaurants.

Good
This is a pretty nice hotel. The service is generally good, and cleanliness was excellent. My bed was pretty comfortable, though its not very firm. The condition is quite good, bathrooms which I think are the most important things are excellent. The couch was a bit dated as was the TV. Please note this is an expensive hotel for Kyiv so I am reviewing it as such. For a lower cost I would rate it higher but given the price point in Kyiv I am reviewing it as a 4 star hotel. Overall its pretty good but could use a few additional touches. The location I would say is amazing as its quiet but right near Maidan. Walls are a bit thin, there were young children in the room next to mine and I could definitely hear them.

It was a big room and a clean bathroom. Location is perfect in the center of the city. Annoying where the children running around in the halls and the smell of people cooking. The cleaning service didn’t really clean anything and the breakfast was very mediocre. But the staff was nice and pricing is competitive

Great hotel and great location.
The hotel is amazing and within a 2 minute walk of Independence Square which makes it a perfect location in Central Kiev. The rooms are huge and the shower was almost as big as my kitchen. The only drawback, and I consider it pretty minor but will mention it anyway, is that there isn't a restaurant or room service. If that is not an important consideration for you then you will love this property.

The room pictures do not advertise what they give to you. The hotel has aged significantly and the rooms odor is bad ! Towels are all old and like cardboard. Staff is great, not their fault.
