Good location but hotel is old.
Small room as per usual in Tokyo. Light switches were in weird locations and insufficient power outlets. Staff were nice and helpful. Well located between 2 stations.

Fine
My wife and I stayed 5 nights
Pros:
-Close to subway (akasaka station and Akasaka-Mitsuke station)
-located in center of city so it’s a short subway ride to anywhere in Tokyo
-Friendly staff
-Surrounded by great bars and restaurants
-Great shower!
-In room laundry washer/dryer combo (takes up to 5 hrs per load, so plan accordingly)
-Comfortable bed
-Good AC
-Clean
Cons
-The room layout is awkward so it feels smaller than it is
-WiFi was awful
The hotel was fine but I probably wouldn’t stay there again because of the bad WiFi, and there are a lot of other options in the area.

Room was small but had enough room to maneuver around. Thanks to a bunk bed style for a three bedroom room. Staffs were helpful and caring. They helped us shift our suitcases to our next destination.

Good value stay
The rooms are clean. My kids loved the bunk bed. Space is a little tight but common for Japan. The part I love most and the reason why I choose these places is it's right in the heart of an active district so there are numerous great places to eat in the area. It's not too far from subway lines. It's also near a Harry Potter cafe and Harry Potter fan attractions.

Not recommended.
This hotel is in really old condition and in need of refurbishment. There were moles in the bathroom and cockroaches in the bedroom. Overall other then the room condition, the room services and receptionist were helpful and kind.

The hotel was very good and clean. The staffs are friendly.
Just the location was a bit away from metro stations however as it situated in one of popular toruism spots, many metro stations are accessible.

Akasaka Tokyo Trip
Centurion Hotel Residential Akasaka is in a great location.
It is an old building, however is well maintained and cosy. Room is very small, typical of most Japanese hotel rooms.
My room had a small balcony with a table and chairs which was added value and well used.
Many cafes, restaurants, bars and convenience stores nearby. Close to station and shopping.

We had a four night stay in a 5th story room with kitchen efficiency, small fridge, washing machine, and outdoor private terrace (no microwave or Kurig). The hotel is very well run and the staff at the desk are friendly and always responsive. The cleaning staff do a nice job tending to the room. The bed was very comfortable and the shower stall was awesome. The AC worked well and quietly. The terrace was great with room for 4 adults and lots of privacy. The biggest drawback is the toilet is in a closet near the entrance while the shower and bath sink are at the other end of the room. It's annoying to have to go through two doors to wash your hands after using the toilet. Also there was NO shelf space at the bathroom sink so you need to store your personal toiletries on the floor. All in all the good outweighed the bad but layout kind of strange. I would stay there again for the service, bed, and private terrace. It was our first trip to Tokyo and I can highly recommend Akasaka. Two metro stations nearby and many restaurants and shops. Plenty of action until 10p but then quiets down nicely.

Disappointed about having to pay extra (per night) to rent a cord to connect phone to TV, so that we could watch Netflix of an evening.
Staying on second floor meant noise from street below traveled up and was quite loud especially on Friday and Saturday nights, but this is to be expected. For the price of the stay breakfast inclusion would’ve been amazing.
The location was convenient.
The floor in the room wasn’t overly clean, the room was small with limited storage space, but we appreciated having the room made up with fresh towels, bottles of water etc when we went out of a morning.
I would probably try a different hotel next time.

Very convenient and in a great part of Tokyo. Lots of shops, restaurants, and bars you could go to 24/7, and it was still quiet in the room at night which was great. Also very close to the metro to get around anywhere. The front desk was very friendly and the room itself was pretty spacious with 2 nice porches. There’s definitely nicer hotels around but not at the price of this one. There were 3 in our group (all men), so one took the futon while 2 were on the bed with no issues at all. I would certainly stay here again!
