Solid accommodation close to town
Very clean, great service, no frills, free coffee. It's in a bit of a rough part of town so there was a safety issue but not due to the accommodations, more the neighbourhood. Bring earplugs as the sound between rooms was notable. Good value, would rebook.

1 night stay.
Quick overnight stay…good as a place to rest at night. Location is good, but not much else going for the place. Rooms good for 1 person. For the price it’s not bad.

Good Room. Fair Price. Great Staff!
The staff were super friendly.
The room itself was clean.
I was a little nervous about the area the hotel is in. But I never felt unsafe even when I was walking alone in the evening.
Only a 5-10min walk from Eaton Centre.
It’s an older building but they’ve done a good job up keeping it.

Stay here.
This is a great little place to stay downtown Toronto! Each room is its own, comfortable and has pretty much everything you’ll need for a weekend in the city! The rates are always the best, cancellation is easy, the staff is super kind and I enjoy staying here. 4th stay! Yay!

Ideal for short stays.
This was the second time I have stayed at the Inn. My room was very clean and comfortable. I was only there one night, but would not hesitate to return again.

Pleasant Stay
Surpringly good for the price. Staff was accommodating and understanding. Room was small but cozy and spotlessly clean. Laid out well, did not feel cramped.
None of the fancy amenities of big-star chains. No breakfast but free coffee or tea for 24 hrs. Excellent if you only need to sleep there.
Maybe 46-inch TV with many channels perfectly placed in front of the bed at the right height.
There is a vending machine with chips, chocolate bars, bottled water, soda pop, and I forgot what else.
Not sure if they have amenities I was not aware of. But my needs were met. Will stay there again.

Boutique hotel
We stayed for one night. Hotel is in a lovely, mature, and safe neighborhood. It was very clean and all staff went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one. Has a nice "boutique" feel

The hotel a cute boutique building turned I hotel, the rooms were nice and modern but the walls thin as can be. We could ever every single sound from the room adjacent and above . No having a dedicated parking lot was also an issue for us who drove in .

Clean but basic, not very comfortable
The hotel advertises itself as a boutique hotel with cozy comfort but both are misleading. The hotel is basic, the room(s) austere, and the pillows/bed very uncomfortable.
Pros:
Clean room
Friendly staff
Free coffee
Nice lounge with interesting art
Affordable relative to other hotels
Cons:
Hard-as-rocks pillows - makes it hard to sleep
Temp indicator on the air con/heating unit is so bright it's like having a night light shining in your eyes. Bring a sleep mask.
The TV does not play regular TV so if you don't subscribe to streaming services you're stuck watching stupid shows on Roku channel
The room was clean but the window (with no view) was filthy dirty.
Austere room, no warmth.
The web site has exaggerated the benefits of the hotel.
