I found dried urine stains on the toilet but this wasn’t close to an issue when I found a dead mouse in the bathroom. When I spoke with receptionist she apologised but offered no solution or discount

A really nice place to stay.
Stayed here for 2 nights on a business trip and I was totally satisfied with the accommodation. The room was large, well appointed and very clean. It had a really comfortable bed and good shower. Great meal in the dining room and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

A super big room with updated facilities, friendly staff. Free water bottles in the fridge was a lovely bonus. The hotel on the highway but very quiet. They don't have restaurant on the weekend as they do private functions. Had a party when we were there but we didn't hear anything. Super stay- thanks Tom we'll be back.

I knew I would arrive later than checkin, however a quick call to the office and they arranged to hide a key for me and provide me with clear instructions how to find my room. I arrived to a beautifully warm room (so lovely on a freezing night!). Super comfy bed, great bathroom facilities and nice hot shower. The rooms are beautfully furnished, clean and a great home-away-from-home for my 3 day stay in Parkes. Will certainly be back again!
