Looks nice- deceiving!
At first glance, seemed okay. Our room had no wi-fi the first 4-5 hours, despite complaints to front desk-twice. Room smelled! Walls paper thin- could hear neighbors TV late at night. Worst part was the safety rail in shower/tub broke off! Started to fall but able to catch myself- Told front desk. Could have been worse and a lawsuit.

Not happy
We have stayed here for yrs .on returning and leaving panama. This time we found the staff still very helpful but the rooms not up to standards. The air conditioning was not working the room smelled the room need upgrading . They dont include breakfast wich is not a good idea for travelers look for this especialy traveling in panama. Overall we are not happy and wont be back. So many good choices in Panama for less money and good services.

this property is impressive and I might stay there in the future, however: the heat in the room never adjusted to my desired setting despite two visits from the tech; And...the front desk guy was MIA for a chunk of time after midnight. Poor guy maybe he really needed to sleep - I don't want to judge, but I was dialing my fingers away for a while cause the room was chilly, I needed to sleep to catch an early flight following morning; When I headed downstairs one other guest also showed up, looking for him. I walked to the TGIF, banged on a few doors, and voila found him in a back room. He looked...like he needed rest.
