Initial room- TV didn’t work. Relocation room- TV didn’t work. Channels were off line. Maintenance couldn’t help. It was Championship Sunday and we couldn’t watch the games in the comfort of our room.

Fantastic hotel, and a fantastic location
This was the best located and great hotel to stay in. Everything was new. The staff was super friendly. I can’t say more about this hotel. It was amazing on every level.

Adequate but disappointing hotel stay
The hotel was fine, not dirty but a little worn down from high traffic. The "valet parking" was confusing and difficult, considering the area it was in there wasn't much you could do but try to park somewhere and run in to find the valet, and there was no other parking offered by the hotel. They let us reserve a room through hotels.com but didn't actually have it available, so we ended up getting a downgrade. The staff were perfectly polite and tried to be helpful, but there wasn't much they could do.

Night clerk at some outwardly nice hotel sucks
I purchased a room on hotels When I arrived I was told I couldn’t check in because a photo of my license just isn’t good enough. Now. This is one thing. But this woman behind the desk. Well, she basically dismissed me without any sort of recourse, she offered zero solution. I asked for a refund and she basically said I’m ineligible. Following that wonderful news. Everything I asked if she could do was shut down. My values are a bit uncommon in today’s world but I would never, not ever. Treat someone with such disdain and silent condescension. A part of any job whether it be Wendy’s or a 4 star hotel is the same experience is required for the front desk. Ya you may learn a couple things but your purpose is well service.

Super great but be on top of valet timing
Wonderful experience. Front desk was friendly and helpful, Samir at the bar was our main man and his nails were fireeeee, and the room was clean and housekeeping was super friendly also. Only issue we had was valet was called and then after 20+ mins they texted saying there was no valet to get our car out - hostage situation. At that point we were already very late to our reso but talked to the guy standing near valet and they quickly got the car. Our friends were there for the reso on time so it was no biggie for us this time around. Other than that, everything was amazing .. will return. Thanks to you all!
