However, the property is one of those that nickels and dimes on everything: earlier check in, later checkout, toothbrush, toothpaste, lost key cards etc. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Room cleaning/house keeping services were subpar. The staff wasn’t as willing and friendly to help us as our 5 hotel experiences in Japan. Don’t recommend staying here.

Everything about our stay was excellent. The room was big and the staff went above and beyond. Only con is items like toothbrushes are an extra charge.
