Room was a good size however the bathroom was tiny and a bit grubby, grouting on floor tiles needs attention and generally the bathroom looked tired and worn and in need of refurbishment. The sink also had a crack in it and we had a shower curtain over the bath. This room is described as a superior king room so this bathroom is not really acceptable. The bedroom area was nice with a comfy bed however our view at the side of the hotel was rubble from a building site. Reception area and bars are nice. Great location on Piccadilly. Hotel is marketed as a 5 star however the room is more 4 star. Recently stayed at Vintry and Mercer near St Pauls Cathedral, which is a 5 star Hotel, and that was much better with more attention to the little details.

Wonderful stay at the Dilly
It was wonderful the hotel is fabulous especially the decor , Room was good size the beds were so comfy , The staff couldn't do enough for you , We had breakfast which was lovely and also booked the afternoon tea it was amazing the presentation was the best I ever experienced and the staff were outstanding especially Rajat and Nayan ..we will be back next year 😁

Horrible hotel in London.
I want to share my experience at the hotel Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the service and the Dilly Hotel. The photos posted on website Demonstrate a new room our room was super dirty, broken and old Furniture over priced room. They rate themselves as a five star hotel, not even close barely a one star the worst hotel.

Construction works on going next door !!!
Birthday stay at the recently refurbed The Dilly amazing frontage and reception. Unfortunately this was spoilt by a view of a construction site and works of loud drilling and digging. We were offered a room change but I had already unpacked and we had things planned for the day. What would have been a good idea is to tell the guests when checking In that the room is next to a construction site!!! How ever they did offer us breakfast for both days, the breakfast was very nice and an afternoon tea as a gesture of goodwill we are yet to book the afternoon tea as we had planned 2 days of excursions already. The staff are very polite and helpful.

A fab city break
Location is amazing, in the centre of London, next to Piccadilly. Very quick check-in process. Room was very spacious. Nice toiletries from the White Company in the bathroom. Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle with teas and coffees. Staff was lovely and helpful. Bonus for us was the pool, great with the children!

Did not meet expectations.
I did not know the hotel façade was having repairs. This did not detract from the beautiful building and glamour I expected. The entrance to the hotel is lovely and ceiling is glorious, just needs a clean. Staff are wonderful and could not be any more helpful. Stepping out the lifts however was a huge anti-climax , the carpets are dated and worn. Especially the carpets leading to the Pool areas from reception. The Bathrooms by the Pool and conference facilities' are dirty and need a clean and service. Quite a let down from the expectations. My room bathroom was not the cleanest and the shower curtain was too short for the bath, thus flooding the floor. Nice location, but a disappointing venue.
