We have been traveling to Managua for 11 years and have stayed in many hotels here. This is the best stay we have had yet. The hotel is perfectly clean and maintained, quiet and the service we received was great. The food we had in the evening was very good and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The overall atmosphere is great! But I had to clean my coffee pot from the previous guests the coffee filters were where you fill the water. I had the do not disturb sign on the door. House keeping forcefully tried to open the door and left it cracked as I was changing. But overall I would return.

The terms are not clear and everything had an extra charge I am not used when staying at hotels. Also there where mosquitos by the pool side, the room had a weird inclination to the center and it was such a burden to get my food from the pool packed up because my toddler failed to eat at the time and I wanted it packed for my room, it was either eat at the pool or get it in the room kind of thing. I go to hotel to chill out not get annoyed.
