Willing to overlook a dated room?
The location was fabulous. Near stores, restaurants, activities. Beach and hotel outdoor grounds were very nice with all kinds of amenities. Staff super friendly and helpful. The only two negatives were the line for check in…very, very slow. And the biggest negative was the condition/dated room. It was very clean but just so dated. Could barely slide the door open to get to balcony, caulk, paint, plaster (holes) all needed to be redone. Outlets were all so loose devices barely stayed in them. Hair dryer had to be unplugged to turn off. Fridge froze everything on any setting. Hallways to room smelled very musty. We aren’t picky people but for what came to a total of almost $500/night, we were disappointed. It was a blessing this is the kind of vacation where you aren’t in your room much.

Stay away from EMP services skin services in the lobby area across from jewelry store. Bait and switch sales antics; felt I was in a time share presentation with my mother. Safe and services friendly; exercises equipment needs updating. Walkable to shops and restaurants.

Overall great experience. Our room was clean, bathroom clean. Housekeeping did a good job. The location, I think is perfect. Shops restaurants across street, beach and pool behind you. I think the gazebos need to be upgraded, and perhaps another lunch option for the pool area. But will go back!!!
