"A service oriental hotel with many activities for kids. From a nice and sizeable swimming pool to a basketball court, kids' playground and table tennis room.
Deluxe King room was spacious with a city view. I have sensitive nose so having a non-carpeted floor helps. However, room is not as thoroughly cleaned as we have expected for a newer hotel, especially under the bed. Towels is a bit old as well.

We had room service for a late dinner (Soto Ayam), food delivered promptly and tasted good. Great introduction to Jakarta after a long flight. Thanks Swissotel!"

"Great hotel with great staff. Wasn’t expecting too much for the price but it was perfect for my stay. Good internet, good pool, great breakfast, as good as most 5 star hotels but just a bit older and worn but not worn out. Loved the Satu Lagi bar for getting a drink and dinner. "

"3 nights with two connecting rooms were amazing. The hotel staffs were so helpful so my father who was 84 years old could stay so close to us . The breakfast was great even though it needs to be more variety every day . The swimming pool is clean, and we enjoyed swimming together. The bathrooms were clean but somehow the faucet was not cleaned & moving . On the back of the toilet was not fixed and rotten. But overall it was great stay with Hotel Ciputra. Will be back definitely with good price...

"Stayed in the Suite, it was very spacious with 2 balconies and comfortable. Hotel is nicely designed with beautiful Koi pond. Breakfast is superb and endless. Location is perfect for someone who's after the culinary experience in Bogor. Professional staff too! Will stay with you again next time in Bogor. "

Hotel room quite dirty, when check-in the room seem dirty, like never been vacuum for ages. Daily room service just left all the bottles of our empty mineral bottles in the room. Just throw rubbish & make bed only. The towels all look greyish instead of white in colour, old and some have holes.
