It is a small town, and a working fisherman's port. We really liked eating at Crabby Bob's for fresh seafood, and enjoyed walking along the portside park.

Excellent
Almost no gluten free food options and none of them were great, so be prepared to just buy groceries if you have celiac. Beautiful places to walk and hang out. Cafe Guido was great for coffee.

It's an interesting place, lots of fishing. Nice walking path on the ocean but not much else there. But glad we went and saw it.

A&W had warm pop. The path by the park facing the ocean was very good. There is a Red Apple bargain shop and a nice thrift store. The mall is nice and improving. It looks nicer on the inside. The drive to get the last half of the way there is harsh !
"The gentleman that checked us in was super helpful checking us in. Being a bit older than most, we need a ground floor if there is not elevator. He bent over backwards to make that happen and insisted that he help us with our luggage. We were taking the ferry the next morning, so he made sure to give us important info on getting there. He even had a breakfast ready for us to take when we left at 5:15 am. The reat of the staff was also super!! "
"Check-in was quick, water view was wonderfulcheckout was pleasant asked how our stay was, everything was clean and quiet. Enjoyed the fireworks as well ! "
"It was a nice place with nice breakfast included. I saw some reviews said the hotel provided breakfast box only, which just got an apple, a juice box and a muffin, but we were lucky to have hot breakfast served at next door with plenty of options for buffet style food because the owner just opened a restaurant and bar next door. Plus the view is great, and owner and the staff are so friendly and helpful. You would not regret you stay if you choose them for stay"
