"If you’re wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of the main strip, this is the place to be! It felt like we had our own private resort thanks to Sung and the team. After doing the loop, it provided the much needed serenity. The rooms were massive and the bathrooms were sleek in design.
We recommend getting the dining experience there. We learnt so much about the local culture and were amazing by how incredibly fresh the ingredients were. It felt like we had our own private chefs.

We sent a message to say we were at the reception. She liked it but did not reply. We had to assume the receptionist was the person sleeping not far from the reception once we saw her.

"We had the best stay at Hoang Su Phi Lodge. The location is exquisite with the most amazing views. The room looks exactly like the pictures, with crisp white bedding, new towels and great facilities. The staff is lovely, they cooked us a delicious dinner and tasty pancakes for breakfast. I will definitely recommend it to anyone."

"Lovely hotel BUT, marred by the fact they chose not to put a decent extractor in the bathroom during the refurbishment, or it wasn't working if there is one and none of the windows open, SO, the room is damp as the moisture from having a shower has nowhere to go. The bed is damp, the duvet is damp and heavy from sucking up the moisture in the air as it can't escape from the room. This means, for me, a very sweaty night in bed, far from comfortable.
