"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Right outside of the hotel there was an option to take the bus into town, to avoid trying to find parking and it was great. Their included parking was easy and safe. "

Dining option is good with rooftop and dining at the restaurant near the lobby. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Airport transport, day trips and taxi is very organized by the hotel. Highly recommend the hotel."

"In the heart of the city. Very convenient for walking and close to tour departure points. Friendly, helpful staff with dining suggestions. They also arranged our 7 am taxi to the airport. Excellent English. Will stay there next time. We loved Sarajevo. Fascinating recent history and very affordable. "

"Words that come to mind are simple and basic, but everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was located just a few minutes walk from the old town of Sarajevo. The roads around the hotel are very narrow, so it was a bit of a challenge to drive there, but the place was convenient for doing other things in the city and the price was very good."

"I stayed here for 9 nights with no regrets. Very nice Hotel. Very clean. All stores and restaurants are right outside the door. Staff was very helpful with allowing free late check out and arranging transportation when needed. It’s right on the River as well. I’d recommend this place to anyone. "
