"They have a check in you can do online but we checked in at the front desk. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Room was clean and a good size. Great location to all sorts of sightseeing adventures. Park in front of the hotel to check in and then there is a parking lot around the corner in/out privileges. Since the upgrades have been done it really is that much nicer. "

"The staff are EXCELLENT. Front desk staff Yosef and Sid = fabulous. Young Mr. Fix-it came to our aid when we were having problems with one electrical plug … showed us what we were doing wrong. Gal in breakfast area = cheerful and helpful. Housekeeping staff = great. Your staff are outstanding! Room is clean and bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is very basic but an easy money saver and time saver. Being able to borrow the electric bikes and kayaks is a massive plus. So much fun! Very close to the galloping goose for bike riding and the gorge for kayaking. Thanks!"
"The room is lovely and I'm sure must have been renovated just a short time ago. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is well stocked even though we will not be using it much. If we were, everything is there you would want. Thankful we chose the Sandman."
