"We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The location is excellent and the hotel was amazing. Our room was clean, a nice size with a window view of the city. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had which included something for everyone and it was delicious. The staff was always warm, welcoming, helpful and friendly.

"We stayed one night at this hotel and it was comfortable to have proper sleeping, good shower, nice breakfast in another hotel two minutes walking. The hotel is on the beautiful quiet street and staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Thank you!"
"I love to stay at this hotel whenever I visit Hanoi. Excellent staff and the entire team is Awesome. Jimmy, Jenny, Grace, Lucy and the other staff at the front desk and the restaurant are wonderful and very hospitable. Great place to stay. It feels at home. "
"Hotel was lovely and the facilities were great, the staff were extremely helpful sorting Sims and taxis etc. within easy walking distance of the train street and old quarter and equally as easy to access the museums and other attractions. The restaurant is good but more expensive than you would generally pay in Hanoi and the sky bar make nice cocktails and have nice beer on tap. All around great experience. "
"The rooms here are comfy and well-maintained, the staff are so friendly and accommodating, and the area around is lively and super close to Hoan Kiem Lake! Their amenities are also very good - would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Hanoi and would definitely come back to stay here again!"
