"I had an amazing stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Kelowna! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. I especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette and the cozy layout—it really felt like a home away from home. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and nearby attractions. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and had a great variety, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service—everyone went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kelowna and will definitely be staying here again. A true 5-star experience!"

"Everything was good other than front desk girl heating up food & setting a microwave on fire at 3am setting of fire alarms and disrupting everyone in hotel to go outside and wait for fire trucks to arrive. That's a first for me and hopefully the last. I'm glad it was nothing serious but scary all the same to be woke up in the dark by blaring fire alarms. "
