lo mejor la cordialidad del personal, wifi, muy malo lo peor el desayuno, pesimo se percibe una falta de mantenimiento y poco interes en solucionar los inconvenientes no volveria a este hotel

Mala experiencia

Muy mal, hotel mal implementado, cosas mínimas no estaban, había que pedirlas. Hubo corte de tv cable, el que no se repuso. Lo más grave fue corte de agua a primera hora del domingo. Se nota que es un hotel que está funcionando en muy malas condiciones en vías de cerrarse.

Not a pleasant experience in Olmue Chile

First, the gal at the front desk did not know about our reservation. I stood outside for close to an hour. Then, the reservation was not in the system. Finally, I had to email someone my reservation in order to receive the room. The room was dirty and the bathroom had mildew stains in the ceiling. Breakfast was limited to eggs, avocado, juice and that´s it. Will never go back again!!!!!!!
