Waited for us at the train station and walked us just a few yards to the hotel entrance, after a quick check-in, took us to our room. I had setup a surprise for our anniversary and we opened the door to the most beautiful decoration and room to start our stay. We had an over stay at this hotel and it was lovely. The staffs waited for us at the train station to pick up our bags so we could continue our Machu Picchu tour after arriving in Aguas Caliente. Bed was bed and comfy and room was clean. Def recommend for a nice yet affordable stay!

Perhaps the best option in Aguas Calentes to stay. The staff was great and sent someone to guide us from the train to the hotel. There are rooms in the front and the back of the hotel. Turns out the rooms on the back "rooms that end in 10 like 410 or 510 are the ones with the best view." The town is clean, safe and easily walkable. Just be sure to bring your A-game to haggle for your souvenirs.

This is a nice hotel with a very good breakfast, friendly staff and large clean rooms. It gets VERY hot in the rooms so you can’t close the windows. We were river side and people are always outside yelling, laughing, cheering. Till after 2:00am! Very noisy!
