The night staff went above and beyond to help me with a business project and I honestly slept better at this hotel over any others that I have stayed at past 5 years. The beds were comfy the linens were staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The only issue I can think of is the condition of the bathtubs and shower head - I'm particular about my nightly routine after a long day.

Crumbs on the floor and on the desk chair when we arrived in our room. Overall not terrible though. Breakfast was a decent continental breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did forget 2 King Size pillows when we checked out. I called the next day and magically nobody had found them which is very odd. Really couldn't miss them so somebody must've kept them for themselves...

The staff here are amazing. Very courteous and helpful. The hotel itself was a 10/10, The room, common areas, including the pool and hot tub were well maintained, and spotlessly clean. My only complaint was with the hotels.com third-party booking platform, as their website boasted 8 rooms available with private hot tubs, which I reserved for a slightly higher price. Upon arrival, however, I was advised that there are only 3 shot tub suites on the property, and they are not available via third-party booking. As the hotels.com site even included photos of the availability, it was disappointing to see this was not 'as advertised'. We were still extremely satisfied with our stay, and would consider booking here again without hesitation. Kudos to the staff for making it a remarkable stay.
