She assisted us in planning our time in DC - which was challenging because the government (and all the Smithsonian museums)!were closed. But- thanks to Naz- we had a great trip!

Had a great stay at HighRoad. Great location in the heart of Adams Morgan, and room was lovely and clean. Only thing to bear in mind is there's no lift, which is unideal - that being said, the person at the desk did offer to help with my suitcase if needed.
