The staff at Ramada Suites were so helpful, especially the concierge organising transfers for us, telling us about the supermarket nearby etc. And when we had to change our booking due to a sick child, it was all done seamlessly. Being by the airport it's pretty noisy but really handy for a stop on the way to or from your final destination, nice and clean.

It was a very convenient location. The staff were very helpful to begin with. We had the convenience of doing laundry cooking our food at our own place and the room was kept clean by the staff. We’ve been there multiple times and this year coming December we’re going there again for my son‘s wedding. We had a very good time and we really loved it.

We brought this up to the front desk and people were up to fix these issues immediately. Had a great balcony overlooking the beach. The room was clean and tidy although a little tired. We had an amazing view over the beach and pool / restaurant area. We saw the best sunsets so that made up for the lack of maintenace on the rooms. The staff were the best, extreemly helpful and courteous at all times, although no one remembered or told us that 15/5/2026 was a public holiday in Fiji so all shops were shut including doctors and dentists, which was frustrating as i required a urgent dentist. The bed and linen and pillows were so comfortable and dreamy. We found the showers themselves to be quite slippery so were extra cautious.

The room was very clean. And having a washer and dryer with laundry soap included was a plus. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. It was nice to get change at the front desk for the local bus, which picked us up in front of the hotel. We also liked the use of a kayak and spent lots of time on the ocean.
