Hotel was perfectly fine but what really improved the stay was how knowledgeable and friendly the staff were. Extremely happy to help, we were given a range of recommendations of places to visit and food to try. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Pool area was great. Overnight stay on the air side of Changi airport terminal 1 was ideal without having to check out and then back in the next day. Breakfast was good and getting to terminal 2 took 5 minutes.
