It was expensive but good
Stay was just not acceptable for the price charged... doing some renovation and building noise in the room... when asked to change move to a room beside elevator... just not acceptable
The hotel is well maintained and well decorated. Excellent value for money. The only downside to our 5 night stay was that each morning the queues for breakfast regardless of the time were up to 20 persons long. I suspect there aren't enough tables for the hotel size and perhaps there are renovating a space close by the check-in desks for breakfast use. The taxi queue during peak hour traffic was not too bad and taxis came regularly.

Very bad queue management. Second time here and both times here they couldn’t manage the check-in. Took one hr to check in. Customer service can’t give a proper reply even when questions were asked. Will never come back again.
We stayed Premier Family King for 2 adults and 2 kids(3years, 1 year) for 1night (Sat). Check in took about 7-10mins due to long queue. Well maintaining and not so dusty room neither moldy bathroom. Kids loved tent and sofa bed also. But, checkout date, we found a needle on the floor between tv and luggage stand. This is totally unacceptable case especially if you stay with small kids. I have reported to receptionist. We paid $450 not including breakfast. Well, if the price is below the $400, we will give 5***** for our staycation.

Was a short but enjoyable staycation at a hotel which i gotten married in. Nice location with pleasant and well kept facilities.
It was my husband's birthday and have requested for room to be decorated and a slice of cake for surprise. I have booked a king suite room priced SGD 450. Room couldn't be decorated due to Covid as per claim by hotel. Slice of cake was declined by hotel and they had asked for ID verification. After much negotiation, they agreed to send the slice of cake. During the check in time, there was an email sent to me by hotel saying cake wont be given again!! i have asked the check in counter staff and he says he will send up to the room. again it wasnt sent. the i have ordered in room dining. The food came and then the waiter said - i will bring your cake later. it wasnt a surprise anymore. Not a big deal - but it could have been done nicely. Wasn't a pleasant surprise.
