Overnight stay. Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was better than expected. Front desk recommendation for a walkable restaurant for dinner was excellent. “Free” parking was actually free city street parking on weekends. Hotel parking was actually $22.

10/10 Exceptional

We had a corner room with a great view from the big windows. The location was very safe and convenient to the sites we were seeing. The Louisville Slugger Factory tour, the Mohammad Ali museum and the whiskey distillery tours. A cute easy to navigate city. And we loved the Derby museum and Churchill Downs tour.

First impression… find a window cleaner, a pro, for the entrance door and glass panels… more light in the lobby. So first impressions were meh… luckily staff was pleasant, helpful and efficient… need to find a way to avoid people wandering in, non guests, to breakfast buffet, this is not unique to this hotel, a growing problem. Room and housekeeping were good.

8/10 Very good

For the price it could have been better, but it wasn’t terrible. Parking is odd and very inconvenient, when you have several bags and kids it’s really hard to park in a parking garage and walking to the hotel. The lady at the front desk and sitting down when I walked in and didn’t seem any too interested in having to stand up to check me in. The lamp shades were broke in the room and paint was coming off the walls in several spots. Breakfast was ok, and beds were comfy.

Place is quiet, even though it is right downtown.

8/10 Very good

The room was clean and comfortable. The location could have been a little better but overall great stay and great hotel. The parking garage was also a little bit of surprise, I don't think I read anything about having to pay for parking ($22 overnight) and the hotel not having a designated lot, but it worked out fine.

Beautiful room with well stocked shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and lotion. A well stocked buffet breakfast, something for everyone. Very easy parking, $22 for 24 hrs plus some. Only thing missing was a pool for the kids.
