Very friendly staff, nice bar area with activities. Very comfortable beds. During our visit there was an ongoing renevation in progress so it will be even nicer in the future.

The staff was efficient and helpful. The rooms were super clean and everything seems very eco friendly and self conscious. You put your own linens on and just return them when you leave. Super easy and comfortable all around.

The property is decent and a typical hostel. We got a room with 3 beds. The bed sheet was a bit too thin, almost felt like it was just a mattress cover. Free breakfast was decent. Overall it's good enough when travelling on a budget. Room facility needs updating.

Sejour simple et efficace dans cette auberge de jeunesse. Tout est propre et le service est très agréable. Commodités sur place avec un bar accessible etc. Chambres équipées du minimum mais ça nous suffit (pas de serviettes de toilettes incluses mais 1.5 euros en sus). Pas très bien isolé donc peut être bruyant en fonction de vos voisins Très bien placé car places tout le long dans la rue (payante sauf le soir et dimanche) et à 30 min à pied du centre ville.

Bon emplacement à 20 minutes du centre à pied. Confort acceptable mais on a eu un problème avec les sanitaires, apparemment les déchets des toilettes en commun à côté de notre chambre ressortaient au niveau de nos sanitaires privatives. Petit déjeuner très correct pour un auberge. Je trouve le rapport qualité-prix un peu élevé

HORRIBLE RECEPTION SERVICE

When we arrive the attention and service at the reception was the worst in traveling life. The AM lady at the reception has such a TERRIBLE attitude, with a very negative and bad service. The lady in the afternoon was the opposite, very kind friendly and respectful. The guy at the bar was very good. Breakfast is bad. Please is not clean.

A 10 minuti dalla Grand Place, l'ostello è molto carino e pulito. La camera doppia con bagno privato era perfetta. Buona anche la colazione a buffet e comodi gli spazi comuni, sia al chiuso che all'aperto. Consigliato!

Situation pas très loin du métro, accueil excellent. Nous avions une chambre pour 2 avec SdB privative très propre et spacieuse. C'est la première fois qu'une auberge de jeunesse nous donnes cette impression d’être dans un hôtel de 2 voir 3 étoiles. Le petit déjeuner offert est lui aussi a la hauteur d'un hôtel.

This hotel moved me to a different hotel 36 hours before arrival and notified me via Email which is understandable not to check so often on vacation. I had already paid for Parking near the old area and picked the hotel based on its location. The new hotel was on the other side of town. No compensation was given.
