Excellent place to stay if you have medical needs at one of the hospitals in Spokane. The Madison Inn is right across the street from Sacred Heart Medical Center. Very convenient. They do serve breakfast and it is very quiet. Bed was comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Great for our needs

This hotel is in a great location, close to downtown and beautiful South Hill parks. I was worried about noise from traffic and helicopters (air ambulances), but the walls and windows kept the noise to a minimum. Our room was on the road and hospital (north) side. I’m a light sleeper and actually slept well enough. However, the main road isn’t super busy either. The heating/cooling unit was quieter than other places. My daughter and I felt safe the entire stay. The rooms are clean, the staff was friendly and chatted it up a bit with us. The breakfast was quite a spread and typical for hotels. It was a decent way to start our day. I would stay here again. The clientele seemed like us: everyday folks looking for a safe, comfortable stay at a place without all the bell and whistles for a decent price in a great spot.
