Horrible check-in experience. Insisted on seeing an authorisation to allow me to stay at the hotel with my own son - not happened in any of the other 50 hotels we have stayed in in Brazil over the last 7 years, terrible discrimination that's hard to understand why.

Meu objetivo da viagem: carnaval Minha experiência com o hotel: ótima Equipe: cordial, educada e pronta para ajudar em tudo. Quarto: tamanho excelente, cama boa, frigobar bom. Banheiro: chuveiro muito bom, as vezes ficava um cheiro de esgoto mas nada que fosse desagradável para mim. Café da manhã: gostoso e variado Localização: PERFEITA. Ao lado do shopping, na frente da customização de abada, restaurante gostoso, fácil acesso a pé ao circuito barra-ondina e aos camarotes (o Salvador ficava um pouquinho mais longe, mas nada que não desse para ir andando). Enfim, foi uma ótima experiência.

Equipe gentil, especialmente a recepcionista Vitória e as moças do café da manhã. A limpeza do quarto era boa e os móveis estão mais conservados que a média de Salvador. Fomos recebidos com uma cocadinha para cada, o que consideramos atencioso. O ar condicionado, no entanto, só tem controle de parede, o que limita as configurações e é um pouco desconfortável

O quarto que aluguei era diferente das fotos, quando fui reclamar sobre isso, a recepcionista me disse que a alteração de quarto só seria possível com a gerente (estava ausente no momento), entretanto outra pessoa me informou que todos os quartos são iguais e que não há diferença ou categorias. Quando cheguei ao quarto o ar condicionado não funcionou, e então pedi troca de quarto (entretanto a TV não funcionou neste novo quarto, e quando funcionou, fomos informados que só funcionaria 1 canal). Limpeza do quarto e das áreas comuns deixa muito a desejar. Os lençóis apresentam manchas e furos, igualmente as toalhas de banho. O café da manhã oferece vários itens, mas os pães costumam ser “pão de ontem”, pois estavam duros. Os itens que deveriam ser servidos quentes ficavam frios, pois não possuem cobertura - ex ovo mexido (ficam abertos e o ar condicionado esfria), acabei pedindo ovo frito na hora.

Piso sujo e com muitos pelos pelo chão.
Itens como o shampoo, não são repostos, tivemos que pedir reposição, uma vez que isso deveria ser vistoriado a cada checkin

Quando chegamos para o check in, fomos muito bem atendidas, porém não achavam nossa reserva. Eram 00h. Tinham marcado nosso check in no dia errado, demoramos 40 minutos para resolver. O quarto estava em péssimas condições: o teto da recepção estava caindo, o banheiro do quarto tinha cheiro de esgoto e a torneira do chuveiro saia na sua mão. Localização excelente, staff educados e prestativos.
