8/10 Very good

Clean room but the amenities were not replaced fully, the coffepods and milk, the second day. The staff was quite ok, not super friendly. No inhouse restaurant. No pool since it was fall but this I knew beforehand. Overall good and a room with a kingsize bed and lots of space and the location was good.

Great location, clean rooms, an excellent restaurant on the premises. Great and helpful staff. A couple of minor issues were fixed in process of our stay: one elevator was out which caused delays and carpet cleaning was a bit of a nuisance.

Pleasant staff, good sized rooms. Needs a refresh. Lighting dim, especially in bath, only 3 drawers for clothes for two occupants, refrigerator had no freezer and no usb outlets in room at all. The location was great for me, but had I not used a promotion, I would consider this overpriced.

8/10 Very good

The hotel was great in every way with the exception of the elevators were not working properly. Staff was working diligently to help guests navigate the service elevators as much as possible. The restaurant serving the hotel Chef Geoff’s was fabulous! Sandwiches, salads w/ grilled chicken the best I’ve ever eaten in a hotel restaurant. A block away was a cafe called Tatte delicious place for coffee, pastries & breakfast foods.

Great customer service - John and Nikko were especially helpful! With room accommodations and dinner recommendations during check in, questions around billing, and accommodating a late check out, everything was a smooth and easy process.
