I came back a week later and got a room, it smelled horrible in the floor, the room smelled and there was dark hair all over in the shower. Miguel front desk work sucked!!! Very poor customer service. Called me a migrant and 5 minutes after being in my room he called and said we had to keep quiet FIVE MINUTES AFTER WE SHOW UP!!! Miguel had a problem with me .i had to ask for a refund 5 minutes into are stay!!! The shower hadn't been cleaned in maybe ever, red mold/mildew was growing up the corners, the floor was disgusting, there were stains on the couch and old food on the utensils in the kitchen-ette. The pool and hottub were closed, and none of the ice machines were working throughout any of the hotel. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the breakfast was awful. Cheap stay, but on the lower end of hotels for sure. Sad because this used to be one of the better ones, and always a standard for us when we travel. This location had really gone downhill. The gal at the front (beautiful long red hair) was super sweet and helpful, but the Spanish speaking manager was on his personal phone making calls, yelling in Spanish in the lobby, and it was super unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
