Fabulous!!!
Excellant service at this fine hotel. All employees greeted us daily with a smile and hello. Management staff is very polite, professional and always accommodating. Restaurants are great, breakfast buffet is supurb. If you get the breakfast package where one is free, you need to tell them the days you will not be eating breakfast of they will automatically charge you for your companion. Close to the Forbidden City. Definitely will stay at this property again.

Locatie prima staat van het hotel matig
De lobby van het hotel en de restaurants zijn in prima staat echter de kamers zijn minder. De douche werkte niet naar behoren lekkage van de douche slang waardoor er weinig water uit de douche kwam. Ook het kluisje dat aanwezig was in de kamer werkte niet er was tape gebruikt om het een en ander op zijn plaats te houden. Dit was echter in de B toren na meerdere malen een verzoek om een andere kamer zijn we over geplaats naar de A toren waar de kamers meer up to date zijn. Zwembad in het hotel is een afrader. Ik voelde mij als een dier in de dierentuin bekeken door het personeel dat massaal aanwezig was in de kleedruimte. Bij vertrek uit de kleedkamer verliet het personeel weer massaal de kleedkamer.
