Kwangu has 2 treatment rooms, including rooms for couples and outdoor treatment areas. Services include deep-tissue massages, hot stone massages, sports massages and Swedish massages. A variety of treatment therapies are provided, including aromatherapy, Ayurvedic and hydrotherapy. The spa is equipped with a mud bath, a sauna, a hot tub, a steam room and Turkish bath/hammam. The spa is open daily. Children under 15 years old are not allowed in the spa without adult supervision. Guests under 7 years old are not allowed in the spa. I book this hotel got the confirmation and was all set. When I flight landed in Kilimanjaro I got a message from the hotel say my room was double booked and I would have to stay somewhere else that I did not choose. This is unacceptable. Don't chance your vacation on maybe or maybe not having the room you booked available.
