Pictures of the property must be old from when it was a much better and newer property. Workers of the hotel Live there which was the room next to us. They were having a very loud bbq right outside their room until almost midnight. I had to call the front desk to ask them to stop because we had to wake up really early to leave the next day. Property is old and not well maintained especially for the price. I had suggested it to take that asked where my friends and I were staying when we went for a birthday celebration. I booked it based on the location and the pictures which was a very embarrassing mistake.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean but there was no hot water.and the stairs are not kept up there broken tile on the steps.dangerous. Otherwise the hotel was and parking was good for the 2 nights we stayed there.thank you all and we’ll definitely return there next time.😊😊

I was very disappointed with our stay. The customer service started off on the wrong foot because the front desk employee was rude and unwelcoming. My sisters, my niece, and I each booked our own rooms, but we were placed on opposite sides of the property instead of near each other. To make matters worse, we were expected to share a single A/C remote between our rooms, which was extremely inconvenient. The room itself felt stuffy and had a strong paint smell, making it uncomfortable. Outside, there were large cockroaches everywhere, which was very unpleasant to see. The pool also looks like it desperately needs maintenance and updating. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations. Better customer service, cleaner surroundings, and improved room conditions would make a huge difference. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

Este hotel tiene también servicio de Motel con habitaciones que se ofrecen por hora!!! La habitación no tiene numeración. No hay cortinas en la regadera El control de la tele no tenía pila Nuestra habitación no tenía buró ni mesas para poner nuestros artículos personales, No había sillas tampoco. Las camas estaban tan cerca de la pared, que no había espacio para salir de ellas.

Der Check-In um 19:30 abends war katastrophal. Unser Zimmer sei noch nicht fertig, die Dame an der Rezeption spricht kein Wort englisch. Nach langer Diskussion und sich füllendem Rezeptionsbereich haben wir endlich ein Zimmer bekommen. Es war ok, allerdings für den Preis im Gegensatz zu anderen Hotels in Mexiko echt nicht toll. Die Preise sind wohl der Nähe zu USA zuzuschreiben. Es war nur für eine Nacht, also zumutbar
