8/10 Very good

Staff were really lovely and looked after us well. They helped us move rooms when the people next door were smoking in the room (against the hotel rules) and even gave us a free upgrade. Rooms were comfortable, with large TV and hairdryer and all the toiletries you would expect. We enjoyed the little robot who delivered takeaways to the rooms!

6/10 Good

Hotel room is very modern with buttons to open and close the curtains, and a door that tells you if you have not closed it properly. The room is clean, but small. with a very good shower. The lobby and lifts let this hotel down as there is a rancid smell here. Location is fantastic - a 8 min walk to Pudian Road metro station.

This hotel, located at 689 Laoshan Road, Lujiazui, exceeded my expectations! The location is excellent, very close to the core area of Lujiazui, yet quiet and convenient. The rooms were clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were new. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were efficient. The surrounding area has mature amenities, making dining and shopping convenient. The price-performance ratio is quite good for the Lujiazui area, and I would definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!

Great property! You can get breakfast delivered to your room or eat at the restaurant next door. We chose the restaurant because they offered a choice of three different breakfasts.

From the moment you arrive at reception, you'll feel at ease thanks to the warm and friendly service from the kind staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the hotel's location is convenient—just an 8-minute walk from the metro station and two stops from the city center. Markets and restaurants are right next to the hotel, and there's a lovely optician's shop where you can get your prescription glasses in any style, even having lenses replaced for sun protection, for only 20 dollars

Decent hotel, good value. The buildings in Shanghai are generally older and hotels in this range are no exceptions. If you dont mind the older aesthetics, go for it.
