This is not a 5 star hotel resort. Besides an incredibly comfortable room everything else is a mess. Understaffed and the staff which are there are not trained or shouldn't be working in hospitality. Rooms never cleaned. No labelling on food so its pot luck on what you're eating. Bad cocktails at least from the free bar. I managed to catch the housekeeper to replenish tea and coffee and she brought me a bin bag with a random selection of things. Entertainment was great first night and then never appeared again. Dirty around the pool. Advertises 4 restaurants but there are no restaurants. Its a buffet area or 2 pool bars which sometimes turn into an Italian or Asian buffet. Impossible to figure where anything is as they give you an unreadable numbered map. It summed it up when I checked out and was asked how my stay was. I said, it was ok. She replied with, ok bye. Not interested in the guests, just on advertising something that doesn't exist. Beautiful area but stay somewhere else.
