The entrance is narrow and has a very tight spiral staircase that only allows one person at a time. There is only one room per floor, and room 220, which I was assigned, is located on the 5th or 6th floor. Climbing up with luggage is almost impossible, and if you have trouble using stairs, I do not recommend it. The instructions are sent one day before arrival, but they do not specify how difficult it is to access your accommodation. When you arrive, you are faced with this surprise, and they do not want to refund your money.
