객실이 넓고, 정면이 바다전망으로 쾌적하게 잘 관리되어 좋았고 영일대 해수욕장 주변도 공원처럼조성되어 있어 아침저녁으로 산책하기 좋았어요. 또 시내와 가까워서 각종 음식점을 이용하기편했고, 직원들도 친절했어요. 아쉬웠던점은 로비공간이 없어서 질좋은 에스프레소가 제공됨에도 바다를 보면서 즐길수 없었던점입니다.

위치도 좋고 시설도 좋고 서비스도 좋음. 다만 주차는 면적이 부족해 일부 차량은 이중삼중 주차를 해야하지만 키를 맡기면 자체적으로 관리해주심. 늦게까지 해변에서 노래를 부르거나 불꽃놀이를 하기도 함.

직원이 너무 친절하시고, 반오션뷰인데도 정말 전망이 좋았어요! 영일대 여러 호텔에 묶어봤는데, 제일 영일대 중심과 근접해있고 주변 식당도 많아요! 다른 건물에 막힌 뷰도 아니고 너무 괜찮았어요!
