晚上11时卫生间的洗面盆堵塞了。客房服务回复，工程人员下班了只能更换房间。对顾客而言入住酒店，并不是为了换房间。就像网上购物，并不是为了可以退货。很多在服务性行业工作的人还有这样的误区，认为既然可以给你免费退货，为何要给差评？他们不了解顾客花了钱。购物或住酒店是为了能够更好地享受。而不是退货或换房。及后向客服提出要用吸尘机，回复也是一样，清洁人员下班了，无法借用。偌大一间酒店，竟然在夜间没有应急服务人员当值，一旦出了问题。，顾客就唯有收拾行装换房。很难想象这样的事情出现在当今的中国。

客房整洁度，温泉浸浴设施，都能得到最高的五星评分。晚上11时洗脸盆堵塞了，得到的回复是工程人员下班了，只能更换客房。提出借用吸尘机即可自行清理解决，得到的回复是清洁人员也下班了，不能提供吸尘机。若大一间酒店，晚上出了状况，基本上除了更换客房，不具备任何解决问题的能力。对于明天一早就要退房的客人来说，半夜更换客房谈何容易？也就是说，客房出了问题，所有不便需由客人独自承担。发生在今天的中国，让人叹为观止！
