"One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Me and my boyfriend arrived around 10pm and were told they were sold out of the one king bed rooms, which is what we selected on Expedia. While the staff were friendly, the rooms were nice, and the hotel is in a good location — the walls are PAPER THIN. We heard EVERYTHING our next door neighbors were doing and saying… from 1:30am - 4:30am. We didn’t get any sleep because of this. They do provide earplugs but seriously.. who wants to use that while sleeping? Granted, we were just SO fortunate enough to get an adjoining room so maybe it was the door that connected the rooms, but we felt it should’ve still had some kind of privacy. We called the front desk but even after an hour, we didn’t hear any change in the noises that were coming from the neighboring room. In fact, it got louder! I would not recommend this hotel and will not be staying here again."

"Breakfast was hot and fresh with a lot of choi es. They even have an omelet station. The rooms and common areas are newly renovated. Most importantly, the staf is friendly, helpful, and well trained. We are foing to make this hotel a refular stop on our trips to Florida."

"The hotel had water problems on our second evening there , they called to tells us we would no have water until morning, all rooms were full so they couldn’t move us but they said we would be credited one night stay and could use the lobby restroom. The water was not fixed the next morning, the lobby restroom was disgusting from breakfast people using it , the manager was not there when we checked out , the desk girl said we would have to have hotels.com contact the hotel to be reimbursed. Hotels.com was terrific to work with , they called the hotel to get permission to reimburse us but the manager Crystal would not talk to them or reply to their email . Two days later another amazing person from Hotels.com stayed on the phone with me for 45min and repeatedly tried to get them to ok the reimbursement but they kept putting them on hold and never picking up or just hanging up . The manager would not take the call , finally someone gave them approval to reimburse us after 45 minutes of trying, I think they finally figured out the representative from Hotels.com wasn’t going to stop calling. We loved Savannah but would never stay at SpringHill Marriott again nor would I recommend it to anyone. "
