Uma experiência deplorável. Recomendo que ninguém faça essa reserva. 1) BARRADOS NO CHECK IN Para ser liberado no hotel, os responsáveis pelo flat precisam enviar um email liberando a entrada dos hóspedes. Não fizeram isso. Perdemos mais de uma hora para que os responsáveis que já deveriam ter feito isso o fizessem. 2) O QUARTO É PARA DUAS PESSOAS! A gente faz a reserva para 4 pessoas e quando chega lá só tem cama para 2. Querem empurrar os outros dois para um sofá velho, duro e desconfortável (não avisado previamente que seria assim) 3) PAGUEI VISTA PRAIA E NÃO TINHA VISTA DE NADA Propaganda completamente enganosa 4) AR CONDICIONADO QUEBRADO, SEM LENÇOL, SEM TOALHA Não preparam o flat para receber hóspedes. Vc tem que ficar se estressando para pedir o básico. A empresa não é só desorganizada. Fazem tudo de qualquer jeito e são verdadeiramente desonestos. Eles já sabiam que o quarto não cabia 4 pessoas, mas vendem assim mesmo no “se colar colou”. Já sabiam que o quarto com vista estava com problema e não me comunicaram e nem fizeram abatimento do valor. Problema repetido com outros hóspedes - não foi nada isolado. E nem se comunicar sabem, ficam mandando mensagens do chat GPT pra consertar as coisas que fazem. Depois de muito estresse, arranjaram um segundo quarto pra gente. Não valeu nem um real do que paguei e ainda era um presente de aniversário que eles estragaram. PÉSSIMO! NOTA ZERO!
