O apartamento tem tudo e a localização é perfeita, no entanto, falhou talheres de mesa e de fogão e um lixo para descartar o consumo. Tinha tudo, cooktop, panelas, pratos, etc, mas não tinha com o que comer. No mais, limpeza ideal e tudo conforme o anúncio! No andar principal, tem uma praça de alimentação com diferentes propostas e supermercado, farmácia a poucos passos de distância.

Apartamento ótimo, confortável para 3 pessoas na minha opinião. Eu estava em 2 adultos e 2 crianças, porém não acho ideal o sofa cama para dormir 2 pessoas. Como passamos somente 2 noites, foi ok. De resto, prédio legal, estacionamento amplo, praça de alimentação no condomínio, muit bem localizado. Recomendo.
