All and all it was a good clean hotel!!! BUT my wife and I flew in in the middle of the night nothing was open near the hotel by the airport!!! The Hampton Inn charges $5.00 for a 12 oz Fanta $10.00 for a 20 oz bottle water and $5.00 for a Reese cup so $20.00 and the $5.50 just to park over night at the hotel you are staying at!!! So with this being said with so many options WE will NEVER stay at a Hampton Inn and Suites again !!!

I had an outstanding stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Irving DFW Airport North this past weekend while visiting my brother. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming and professional. The property was clean, well maintained and comfortable, which made it easy to unwind after a full day. What truly set this experience apart was the level of service. Shy at the front desk delivered what I can only describe as true concierge level care. She was attentive, professional and genuinely invested in making sure everything about my stay was seamless. She did not just check me in, she made sure I felt valued and taken care of throughout my time there. That kind of service is rare and it makes a lasting impression. The rest of the staff reflected that same standard. Everyone was friendly, responsive and committed to excellence. It is clear that customer service is not just something they do, it is who they are. If you are traveling through the DFW area and want a place that combines comfort with top tier service, this is the place to stay. I will absolutely be returning and I highly recommend it.

Everything about this stay was excellent. From the courteous and helpful staff to the cleanliness, fresh smelling, comfortable rooms, to the breakfast buffet with many choices. I’ve been in $350/night rooms that weren’t near as nice as this place. This will be the only place I choose to stay when near DFW north again. I can’t say enough good things about this place.
