Lol, where do i start...there was so many issues. Everything we asked for when it came to lunch and dinner that was on the menu was not available or they ran out of. My room was "the quadruple mountain view" but there was no but trees. The bathroom was not in the room and also i asked for extra towels and they could not accommodate us with any new towels. The room was super tiny when we are a family of 4. I will never come here again.

En la carta todas las preparaciones con aguacate perdían puntos porque no era guacamole o aguacate sino una salsa tipo guacamole. El desayuno fue el mismo todos los 5 dias y no tan abundante, el dia que era buffet eran el mismo menú pero en buffet y si ya era cercano a la hora de cierre no reponían cantidades de frutas ni lo que ofrecían” adicional y diferente” al desayuno tradicional. Por lo cual termino siendo lo mismo.

Había leído algunas críticas pero mi experiencia fue Excelente, asumo que han mejorado algunas cosas. Creo que es un excelente hotel para descansar, desconectarse, relajarse entre espacios de naturaleza. Tiene 2 piscinas grandísimas, una de ellas con parque infantil lo cual me parece muy chévere para ir con los niños. La atención 10/10, siempre muy atentos todos y dispuestos a ayudarme con cualquier cosa que necesitara, desde el bar hasta la recepción, todos muy amables. La comida muy rica, todo lo que probé me encantó, también los cocteles. La vista desde la terraza es fenomenal. La verdad es que todo me gustó 10/10.
