I booked a triple standard room for 3 people, but when we arrived, I found that the room only had 2 single beds and 1 bed was broken. When I complained at reception, I was told that they could not do anything and was advised to cancel my booking and go somewhere else. This was a very disappointing response and a poor customer experience. They eventually arranged an additional single bed for one night, but it made the room extremely cramped and uncomfortable. We had no choice but to manage. To make matters worse, there was also a serious issue with the bathroom. Water was leaking heavily from the sink tap, causing the entire bathroom floor to become wet. I reported this issue as well, but I was told that nothing could be done that day. We had to spend the night in these unacceptable conditions. The following day, we were moved to a larger room suitable for 3 people, but the first night’s experience was horrible and caused significant inconvenience and discomfort.

Très déçu Bonjour, Franchement, je n’ai jamais vu un hôtel pareil. Une expérience vraiment décevante du début à la fin. Le service est loin d’être à la hauteur et la propreté laisse sérieusement à désirer. Pour le prix, on est en droit d’attendre beaucoup mieux. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel. Je n’y retournerai certainement pas et je recommande aux futurs clients de bien réfléchir avant de réserver.

Il répond pas aux appels car on voulait confirmer notre réservation et demander le transport, on a du prendre un taxi a 1500dz. Le 5 ème metelat était sale on a demandé de la changer en dessous y avait des petites fourmis. La clime de la 2 ème pièce fonctionnait pas. Sinon, le linge était propre. Le service a l'accueil était bien, le monsieur voulait nous changé de chambre et nous offrir 2 chambres séparées, on a refusé, car on avait nos enfants avec nous. Je donne la note de 6 sur 10

Nous avons rencontré plusieurs problèmes avec notre première chambre où il n’y avais pas d’eau chaude et le ménage étais mal fait suite à cela le personnel a été très attentif et a l’écoute et ont fais le nécessaire. Or la plate-forme hôtel.com que je déconseille fortement n’a pas su être compétente ! J’ai dû échanger avec la plate-forme pour régler le problème au départ et il n’ont rien fais de concret ! Je ne recommande pas Hotel.com qui ne sont pas garant et d’aucune aide !

Chambre pas très propre en arrivant, des traces sur la literie, l'abbattan WC était cassé.. La moquette était noire de saleté, la fenêtre était cassée, ne fermait pas correctement et le bruit de la chaufferie a côté de l'hôtel était insupportable.. Je ne comprends pas comment cet hôtel peit prétendre à 4 étoiles. Le personnel n'est pas aimable et souriant. Au petit déjeuner, on vous espionne pour, semble-t-il vérifier que vous ne vous reservez pas... Seul point positif, la piscine. Plutôt déçu de mon séjour..
