Desde a minha chegada, fui muito bem recebido pelo recepcionista André, que demonstrou extrema educação, cordialidade e profissionalismo durante o check-in, fazendo com que eu me sentisse acolhido desde o primeiro momento. Quero destacar também o maravilhoso café da manhã, preparado com muito carinho e dedicação. Faço um agradecimento especial às colaboradoras da copa, Edileusa, Áurea e Simone, que realizam um trabalho excepcional. Além de oferecerem um café da manhã delicioso e variado, elas recebem os hóspedes sempre com um sorriso no rosto, muita simpatia, atenção e educação. É nítido o carinho e o cuidado que dedicam ao que fazem, tornando as manhãs ainda mais agradáveis e acolhedoras. Os quartos são excelentes: amplos, confortáveis, bem organizados e muito aconchegantes. A limpeza é impecável em todos os ambientes da pousada, demonstrando o cuidado e o compromisso da equipe com o bem-estar dos hóspedes. A localização também é um grande diferencial, estando próxima ao aeroporto, ao shopping e às belas praias da região, o que proporciona muita praticidade durante a estadia. Gostaria ainda de destacar o excelente atendimento do recepcionista Antônio, que trabalha no período da tarde. Sempre sorridente, educado, prestativo e muito atencioso, ele está constantemente disposto a ajudar da melhor forma possível. Minha família e eu gostamos bastante. O café da manhã é muito bom com bastante variedade. As camas são confortáveis. Na minha opiniao só faltou uma mesa de trabalho com cadeira no quarto. E um armario para guardar as roupas. A equipe que nos atendeu também foi muito simpática.
