"First of all, the staff at Il Perlo Panorma is exceptional. They were so accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. We arrived and had booked the Basic Room. It was ok, but since it was our 20 th anniversary, we asked about upgrading the room. The Junior Suite was available. They handle our room switch while we were away, moved our luggage and the Suite was amazing. We literally didn't want to leave the room. It had a huge balcony with stunning views of Bellagio and the lake, wonderful amenities, smart lighting to make it extra cozy, robes and slippers. It was the best upgrade. For those wanting to know about the shuttle service, they dropped off and picked up regularly and were also so accommodating with fast communication. I would highly suggest staying here. The restaurant was also delicious. Thank you for everything and making our stay so enjoyable."

"Probably our best stay in a month travelling in Italy. We had a room with balcony but the view from the big ground terrasse was the best. This is where we had breakfast (excellent breakfast) and even supper bringing takeout from restaurant or food from one of the small grocery stores in Town. The staff was nice and accomodating allowing us to use plates ans utensils from the kitchen. Irene was always smiling but all the staff was nice. Over 300 steps to get to this beautiful town. Mais sure to be able to do it. But we are over 65 and made it easily every Day. Make sure to ask for directions to reach the stairs. If you want to get to the boats directcly without crossing the town, use Google map as a pedestrian mode. The is a shortcut."

"The suite was both spacious and tastefully appointed. Located right in the heart of Bellagio village, whoever put this suite together thought of the little things that help make your stay a little more comfortable. There’s a desk, an abundance of room to store and hang clothes, two mini fridges where one is stocked and one is empty for your own items, and an umbrella for borrow. Hosts were communicative and provided videos beforehand to ensure smooth entry. Would absolutely stay again!"

"We spent a delightful 2 nights here. We LOVED it! Their bed was comfortable. The included breakfast was lavish and delicious. The best thing was the people. the manager was so warm and helpful. The owner actually gave us a ride back from the town where we had dinner and then to the bus in Bellagio the next morning. This place is outside the town but has easy access and is so much quieter!"
